Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Consistently great with communication. Always follow up for feedback on how they did. They found one of our kids favorite earrings during their vacuum and they had the care to leave it on the counter for us. Amazing group.

Others Things People Ask Us

When other cleaning services use 1099 independent contractors to sidestep Social Security, Medicare, payroll taxes, and Workers' Compensation, they have minimal control over reliability, and hiring private individuals can leave homeowners legally liable for workplace injuries or state and federal employer tax reporting. Maid Brigade of Minneapolis is the legal Employer of Record for all of our staff, handling every tax, background check, and insurance obligation for you.

We send a uniformed team of our English-speaking professional cleaning staff driving clearly branded Maid Brigade vehicles and certified in our PUREcleaning® methods. We assign the same two-person team (or occasionally a three-person team at the exact same fee for added speed) to care for your home every visit. If a team member takes a day off, we send a trained, bona fide Maid Brigade substitute so your scheduled cleaning always gets done.

We are fully bonded and insured through a top-rated carrier, including full Workers' Compensation insurance if a team member is ever injured on site. Furthermore, our liability policy includes special extensions that specifically cover household items while they are in our care, custody, and control.

Every visit is governed by our 5-Point Promise:

We WILL monitor our reliability,
We WILL supervise our consistency,
We WILL strictly protect the security of your belongings,
We WILL welcome and act on your feedback, and
We WILL continually make you glad you chose Maid Brigade.

If any item or area we cleaned is unacceptable, call (952) 830-4600 within 24 hours of your service and we will promptly return to re-clean it free of charge (we focus on delivering an outstanding re-clean rather than issuing refunds or credits).

We manufacture most of our own cleaning solutions in-house so they are biodegradable with minimal VOCs and zero human toxicity, carcinogens, reproductive toxins, skin/eye sensitizers, endocrine disruptors, or aquatic toxicity (and we can even accommodate special requests from our approved product list).

Friendly, socialized dogs quickly relax once they see our crew is busy cleaning, and indoor cats almost always vanish the second our vacuums turn on, though you are always welcome to crate or secure your pets if appropriate.

Clean Home. Comfortable Living.

The effect of a clean home goes beyond the surface. It’s inviting and gives a sense of comfort.
